One of the many digital tools we use at Creative Mechanisms is Mold Flow Software to accurately predict the cycle time of an Injection Molded Product.

This software also allows us to adjust wall thicknesses, to just the right dimension, to allow plastic to flow through the mold, and maintain the necessary strength of the part.
