Tony has thirty years of experience helping design, engineering, and prototype development teams bring their ideas from concept to reality. He has helped countless companies create mass produceable injection molded parts and then successfully introduce those products to market.
About: Michael holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Penn State University with a minor in product realization and a certificate in engineering design. He joined Creative Mechanisms in 2009 and takes pride designing quality products and seeing them successfully introduced to market.
Shu is an expert at creating precision machined parts on a CNC machine. He developed a proprietary methodology to machine living hinge prototypes out of polypropylene. Shu studied fine arts in Japan, and spent time both restoring mosaics in Italy, and as an architectural model maker in Canada.
Gary is the lead model maker for work that requires a very high level of technical expertise and hands-on knowledge. He got his start as a hydraulics technician and adds three decades of work experience in product development verticals including jewelry, medical devices, toys and more.
Ersen is one of two new-hires at Creative Mechanisms. He graduated from Drexel University's cooperative engineering program with a degree in Mechanical Engineering in the spring of 2015 and started working full-time as a design engineer when finished his course work in May.
